Classes
Evening Class
Evening classes build discipline and mental sharpness after a long school day. Guided by black belt instructors and Masters, students practice traditional Taekwondo techniques, sparring, forms (poomsae), and self-defense to develop focus, confidence, and strong character.
After School Program
The Daily Activity Program provides an active, structured environment for students after school. It features optional pickup from local schools, followed by daily Taekwondo instruction, reading time, anti-bullying education, and engaging group activities. The program focuses on building physical fitness, positive mindsets, and lasting friendships before late-afternoon pick-up.
Growing Cubs
The Growing Cubs program is designed specifically for early childhood development, typically catering to young beginners (ages 3 to 4).
Teen Class
Teen evening classes focus on high-energy conditioning, practical self-defense, and sparring. Tailored for adolescents. These sessions emphasize building physical strength, mental resilience, and leadership skills while training alongside peers in a supportive, structured environment.
Olympics Sparring Class
Olympic-style sparring (WT rules) features high-intensity sessions focused on tournament competition, combat strategy, and athletic conditioning. Guided by competitive coaches, students train in fast-entry footwork, rapid counter-kicking, ring management, and technical patterns (poomsae) to push past their limits and achieve their own personal goals.
Camps
seasonal camps which are held during Summer, Winter, and March breaks, offer full-day programs that combine martial arts training with engaging recreational activities. Campers participate in daily Taekwondo balanced with fun group games, crafts, and outdoor play. Designed to keep kids active, focused, and social during school breaks, these camps build physical fitness, teamwork, and confidence in a safe, structured environment.
