Steven Lee
Grandmaster Steven Lee was the first graduate of Kyunghee University's Taekwondo major, completing his degree in 1990.
He holds a 9th Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo (Kukkiwon) and a 5th Dan in Kumdo. Throughout his career, he has also trained in Hapkido and competed in other martial arts.
From 1986 to 1988, he competed as a professional Taekwondo athlete in Korea, becoming a national pro-Taekwondo champion for three consecutive years. He was also a Hapkido National Champion in 1987 and competed in national kickboxing.
His teaching career has taken him beyond Korea. He spent six years in France working as a certified Taekwondo coaching and poomsae instructor before returning to Korea and continuing to teach students of different ages.
Today, Grandmaster Lee continues to teach in Canada and serves as a Taekwondo International Referee.

6TH DAN · KUKKIWON
Helen Kim
Master Helen Kim graduated from Incheon National University with a degree in Martial Arts in 1994.
She is a 6th Dan Kukkiwon Taekwondo Black Belt and has received the Kukkiwon Best Leader Award. She also holds a 1st Dan in Kumdo and a 2nd Dan in Judo.
Master Kim is a Class 3 Taekwondo International Referee and has more than 22 years of teaching experience.
Early in her teaching career, she worked with children from U.S. military families and foreign English teachers living in Korea, while also teaching Korean students.
Teaching students from different backgrounds became an important part of her career and shaped her approach to making traditional Korean Taekwondo accessible to everyone.
